The complex monument was built for the memorial of Bilge khaan and his younger brother Kultegin who was being one of the khaan of Eastern Turkish State during the 6-7th centuries, it is located at place called Khushuu tsaidam in valley of Orkhon river, Khashaat soum of Arkhangai province, center region of Mongolia.This complex monument has great significance on history, science, and also it has specific position to the World Turkish study and archeological examination of Central Asia.
